I spent all night cleaning and priming the stabilizer. Now I know why it takes so many hours to build a plane. It isn't the actual build, it is the prep. It is riveted and ready to be skinned.
I have it clamped down to the bench waiting for me to cut the holes in the skin for the front bracket. My brother-in-law is coming to town tomorrow, so I will not have time this weekend.
