Fabricated a baffle to keep air from the cowl inlet right side opening to the plenum on the inside. Used expanding aluminum screen to form short duct from the lower cowl openings to the engine cooling inlet. Covered the bottom of the screen with two layers of glass cloth and high temp epoxy resin.
