Aligned balance weight arm to support ribs. Drilled arm mounting holes for AN-3 bolts. Aligned the ribs and drilled rivet holes through the skin and rib flanges. Checked aileron travel in down position. It only moved about 7 degrees rather than 11 degrees until it hit the travel stop.
