Leveled the wing on the work table. Put top skin on to locate where the rivet holes in the extruded angle need to be drilled. Drilled the holes aligned with the original holes. Worked on attaching the #3 nose rib according to the upgrade instructions. The nose rib needed a lot of work because holes were located improperly. They were drilled too close to the back edge and not centered on the rib flange which pushed the rib over to one side so it didn't align correctly with the holes in the spar web and the mounting angle. Holes drilled and patches made to properly mount the rib. The holes in the spar web were too big for #5 rivets. I'll have to drill out the holes in the spar web and the rib mounting angles and use #6 rivets. This will be the same for nose ribs 1, 2, & 3.
