Gerry helped me set the rest of the AN-6 rivets to fasten the extruded angle. Removed the AN-5A rivets in the outer end of the angle. Drilled out the holes for AN-6A rivets so the right wing would be the same as the left wing which had AN-6A rivets the lenght of the extruded angle, 6-ZU-1-1. Started work on the nose ribs 1 through 3 to strengthen the attachment to the spar. Found some holes in the rib attach angles and the spar web to be oversize up to 0.170" diameter rather than the 0.159" as specified. I can drill those oversize holes out and use #6 rivets rather than #5. Overall, the factory workmanship on this right wing is not as good as it should be and not as good as on the left wing. Some holes are oversize, elongated, or in the wrong place, which causes misalignment of parts, possible structural weakness, and requires replacing or patching parts where otherwise it should not.
