Boxed aileron balance weight access opening with L angles according to Zenith aircraft building standards. Installed 10 #8 nut plates around the edge of the cover. Trial fit the cover and screwed down. Evaluated the cover over the aileron bellcrank access opening and decided that there should be more nutplates for added security, and the opening shoule be reinforced with L angles. Need to order #10 nut ploates and screws for this cover.
