Fabricated pieces, to install nose rib #3 as specified in the upgrade kit. Put in angle brace 6-ZU-1-5 between nose ribs #1 and #2. Cleaned some of the pieces and zinc chromate coated them. Called Doug Dugger and asked his opinion on how to install the upgrade to the nose ribs with instructions and drawings that don't match the airframe. Doug had some of the same issues. My solutions sounded ok to Doug.
