1. Replaced temporary bolts in rudder hinges with the correct length and type (drilled) bolts. Cotter pinned the nuts. 2. Applied the aircraft registration numbers, N610TT, on both sides of the rudder. 3. Safety wired the rudder cable turn buckles. 4. Removed canopy. 5. Shortened the glove box by 3". Cut out 3" near the rear end and joined the two sections together using 2" wide fiberglass tape and polyester resin. 6. Installed the glove box. 7. Secured the 2" SCAT hose to the fresh air inlet and the fresh air outlets on both sides. 8. Applied silicone tape over the +12 V through firewall connector on the cabin side of the firewall. 9. Fabricated an insulating cover over the ignition system terminal strips. The cover is held in place with Velcro strips on each side. 10. Applied identification labels to the static ports, and the overvoltage indicator light.
