Fabricated two more spinner front plate spacers. Cecked all 6 spacers for size and weighed them. The weight the spacers is less than 0.1 gram difference. Bolted the spinner front plate to the crush plate to test the fit of the spacers and the fit of the spinner to the back plate with the prop hub in between. Ordered drilled head bolts, AN4H-15A, and washers from Aircraft Spruce to bolt the front plate to the crush plate. Located position of the spinner mounting holes in the base of the spinner. Punched 1/8" mounting holes in the spinner base. Placed the spinner on the base and drilled through the punched holes through the back plate flange. Installed nut plates in the back plate flange to mount the spinner.
Mounted the prop on the crankshaft flange. Began setting the prop blade angle with the protractor.
