Cut RG-58 coax to length for the transponder to antenna connector and put the BNC ends on. Connected teh coax and secured with plastic ty wraps to the inside rear edge of teh console forward left side cover.
Ran the VT-10 commm radio coax down and through the floor near the front of the 3/4" aluminum angle stringer that is riveted under the floor. Drilled a hole behind the left seat so the coax can come back up inside behind the seat. Put ring terminal ends on the coax to connect to the antenna when it is mounted. Used rubber grommets where teh coax penetrated the floor. Put Ultra Black silicone gasket material around the coax and grommets to positively seal the penetration.
