Brief Description: Ironed the Top of the Lower Left Wing
Checked over the top of the upper right wing and lightly sanded any areas where ruff places were felt. Moved the wing rack for the right wings next to the table and tipped the upper right wing onto the stand. Witched sides on the wing rack and then tipped the lower right wing onto the table with the top side up. Finished sanding the leading edge half of the wing. Wiped down the top of the wing with a shop towel to clear any sanding debris. Checked the surface and sanded away any ruff spots again wiping away the debris. Rolled and tipped primer across the top of the wing one section at a time.
Moved the lower right wing back onto the wing stand with the help of Paul. Secured the wing to the stand. Had Paul help me move the lower left wing to the table with the top side up. Went over the top of the wing with the small iron smoothing down all of the edges and around the stitch rivets. Washing of the wing will be during the next work day.
