Slid the fuselage forward on the table until the mounting points for the landing gear are clear of the table. Installed a reinforcement plate on both sides of the end of each landing gear leg using three 3/16 inch pop rivets on each plate aligned with the mounting point on the end of the leg. Moved the landing gear assemble under the fuselage and aligned the struts under each of the mounting points. Slid each landing gear leg over the fuselage mounting point until the end of the leg was against the longeron.
