Each strut was marked at the end of each axle for the placement of the connection bracket. A 1/4 inch hole was drilled through each of the marked locations. The axle brackets were attached to the struts with AN 4 bolts. The brackets were oriented with the tabs facing up and each axle drilled with a 3/16 inch hole through the bracket and axle. Each axle was attached to the bracket with a AN 3 bolt.
The plastic sleeve was placed over the center axle and slid in place into the strut bracing. The wheel retainer ring was honed and fitted over the end of the center axle. The center axle inserts were put in place. The retaining rang, the insert and the center axle end was drilled with a 3/16 inch hole and secured with a An 3 bolt. This process was repeated for the other end of the center axle.
