Brief Description: Reinstalled Bungee Cords on each Axle.
Noted that the axle travel on each wheel was near the top of the frame during the move of the aircraft to the hanger. Removed each bungee cord and reinstalled each by clamping one end to the frame and wrapping the cord around the axle, pulling it as tight as I can during each pass. After all of the cord has been rapped around the axle secured the ends together by using four rings clamped tight.
