Brief Description: Compass Install into Instrument Panel
Marked a center line on the back of the panel. Laid out the hole punch and determined the best position on the center line for the hole to be center. Marked the center line and drilled a 1/2 inch hole at the location. Punched a 2 inch hole at the drilled location. Tested the fit of the compass in the hole. Removed the compass and stored it away.
Drilled the 1/2 inch hole for the oil pressure warning light using a step drill. Started the hole on the back side and then turned the panel over and completed the drilling from the wood side. Tested the fit of the light and then stored it back with the other electrical supplies.
