Brief Description: Applied a Coat of Varnish on Instrument Panel
Marked the position of the second set of two engine gages on the instrument panel back. Center punched the center or each of the instrument holes. Turned the instrument panel over and wiped the face down with a paper towel. Applied a coat of varnish with a foam brush over the panel. Left it to dry.
Wiped down the cowling front with a paper towel. Mixed a small quantity of bondo and applied it to a ruff area on the cowling near the center front. Allowed the bondo to dry and then sanded the area with 220 grit sand paper. Looks like it will require another coat of bondo after cleaning in the next work day.
