Brief Description: Final Aileron Cable Adjustments and Rudder Prep
Reconnected the aileron cables and checked the aileron alignment. Reviewed the cable routings and stick position. Measured and recorded all cable penetrations of the fabric covering. Secured the light bracket blocks on both wing tips. Removed the rudder. Marked the ribs every 4 inches and drilled each with a 1/8 inch drill. Cleaned the rudder with an acetone coated rag removing all marks. Drilled a 1/4 inch hole through the lower rib and routed the wire guide out to the bottom of the rudder. Drilled an angled 1/4 inch hole through the bottom of the rudder post and completed the routing of the wire guide.
