Brief Description: Installing Ribs on the Lower Left Wing
Slid the ribs onto the spars along the wing. Installed a rib every 12 inches. The bracket at the nose of the rib was drilled but the pop-rivet were not installed. This allowed the ribs to be moved down the wing without help from the blacksmith. Secured the loose wire and placed it in the excess wire box. Positioned the rib and drill a 1/8 inch hole through the brace and into the spar. Checked the square and drilled a second pop -rivet hole through the brace. Installed the aft spar bracket and secured it in place with four pop rivets, Continued placing the ribs down the wing..
