Brief Description: Right Wing Lift and Drag Cable Rigging
Removed the cable clamp from the drag cable on the front side of the right wing. Put a ferrule on the cable and reset the cable clamp at the estimated length needed. Reconnect the drag cable and tighten it to tension. Loosen the turnbuckle and shorten the drag cable by 1/2 inch. Tighten the drag cable to tension again. Checked the angle of the front spar to 3.10 deg and the spacing of the turnbuckle. Tighten the turnbuckle on the lift cable to tension. Checked the angle of the front spar at 3 deg. As both cables and the turnbuckles were within tolerance crimped both ferrules to complete the cables. Repeated the process for the aft spar and when both cables and turnbuckles were within tolerances crimped the ferrules.
