Clamped together two of the larger pipes ensuring the ends are aligned. Lay the flat sheet on top of the pipes and position per the plans. Drill one 1/8" hole in the top right corner and cleo in place. Repeat for the bottom left corner of the flat sheet. Mark the rivet line and each rivet placement on 4" centers starting on the right top and returning on the bottom from the left. This will result in a slight offset in rivet placement. Drill and cleo all marked rivet positions. Remove the cleo's and the sheet and reem all drilled holes. Realign the sheet on the pipes and cleo in place at each end and the middle. Rivet all holes with 1/8" rivets. Repeat for each sheet required for that side. Turn over and start by laying the sheet on the opposite end from the start on the front side. This will result in the end of each sheet falling in a different lication as the other side. Continued as obove untiled conpleted.
Repeate for the aft spars per the materials listed in the plans.
