Placed the front and rear spar on the table and added two spreader pipes into the fittings. Drilled a hole through the top pipe of each spar for the AN5 hole at the marked location. Attached the compression strut plugs plus a lift tang and a drag tang on each spar with AN5-30a bolts on the front spar and AN5-24a bolts on the aft spar. Added 3/32 inch cabling to two of the smaller tangs and crimp in place. Place only one crimp on each wire rope sleeve as close to the thimble as possible. Place a steel shim under the excess cable end and cut it off next to the wire rope sleeve using a drimal tool cut off wheel. Place a second crimp on the wire rope sleeve near the cut off cable end. Measure each cable run to the opposit corner of the frame and cut leaving about 6 inches excess. Tension each cable run and check the frame for square. Adjust as necessary and when square crimp as described above.
