The glue that came with the kit appears to be too old to use. Two quart containers had completely solidified. Tested one of the 1/2 gal containers and found it half solidified but was able to remove the contents with some work. Mixed everything together in a gal container. Found the mixture very thick and lumpy. Thinned with some water and stirred for 10 minuets or so but stilled remained with lots of small lumps.
I think the best option is to replace all of the glue.
Talked with Robert about the glue issue and he recommended replacing it with 3M 30NF glue. Placed an order for two quarts to start. Now wait for delivery.
