Brief Description: Mounted Aft Ground Plane for VHF Antenna
Positioned the sheet under the fuselage on the left side and clamped in place using plastic clips. Aligned the sheet along the F32 cross frame and secured in place with two vice-grips. Drilled a pilot hole through each of the mounting tabs around the perimeter of the sheet. Removed the sheet and drilled each of the pilot holes out to 13/64 inches. Mounted the sheet back under the fuselage using six 1024 screws. Drilled a pilot hole through the center mounting tab. Removed the sheet and drilled the center pilot out to 13/64 inch. Mounted the sheet back under the fuselage securing it with all eight 1024 screws.
Obtained the pressure tank for use in pre-oiling the engine. Secured an AN6 male fitting to the hose end. Added a quart of oil to the tank in preparation to pre-oil the scavenge pump during the next work day.
