Positioned the firewall on the front of the fuselage and clamped it in place. Checked the alignment and adjusted to squarely fit on the fuselage. Using a 3/32 drill bit drilled in the center of the mounting tabs holes through the firewall and the nine mounting points. Removed the firewall and placed it on the work table. Drilled out each mounting point with a 3/16 inch drill. Mounted the firewall back on the fuselage using nine 1024 by 1/2 inch screws.
