Brief Description: Completed the Top Support for the Turtleback
Placed one of the long 1/2 inch aluminum tubes on the left side stub on the aft end frame and marked the front end length at the seat back left side. Cut the tube at the mark and fitted the tube back in place. Drilled a 1/8 inch hole through the top frame of the seat back and the tube and installed a 1/8 inch pop rivet to hold the tube in place. Drilled a 1/8 inch hole through the center cross tube and into the bottom of the long 1/2 inch tube. Secured the cross member to the long tube with a 1/8 by 5/8 pop rivet. Measured across the seat back and marked off equal spacing for the remaining four tubes which form the top of the turtleback. Repeated the process described above for three of the remaining four long tube installs.
