Brief Description: Belly Pan Final Trim and Installation
Marked the belly pan in three locations for holes for the oil drain, fuel drain, and the gascolator drain. Also checked and marked the cutouts for break lines to ensure clearance. Drilled each of the corner holes using a drill bit which fit through the mounting bracket holes. Removed the belly pan. Using hole saws with a wood backing, drilled each of the holes at the marked locations. Using a burr bit routed out the cutouts for the break lines per the markings. Trimmed the right side of excess material and using the break, bent the right edge up at a 60 deg angle. Drilled out each corner hole to 13/64 size. Slid the belly pan back under the fuselage and installed in place.
