Brief Description:  Completed Installation of Right Landing Light

Checked the internet for the correct fitting for the brake line to caliper connection. Found that the caliper required a #3 JIC to 1/8 NPT fitting for the brake line to correctly connect. To get the 90 deg elbow required a brass 1/8 NPT male/female fitting. A set of two were ordered and will be in late next week.

Checked out the fitting of the aft belly pan to the fuselage. Looked at using straps to hold it in place but gave up that idea as not practical. Will add up to seven tabs welded to the fuselage which will support the pan with 1024 screws.

Completed fitting of the right landing light lens and drilled the holes in the top piece. Dimpled the holes in the frame. Marked and drilled the bottom holes. Removed the lens. Used vice-grips to clamp the bottom trim and drilled small pilot holes in the trim. Drilled the frame to size and then dimpled the holes. Dimpled the bottom holes in the wing stubs. Put the lens in place and then completed the mounting with both top and bottom trim.
