Brief Description: fwd face landing gear bulkhead layups
Temperature started at 80deg F and humidity at 45%. Micro was squeeg'd onto the foam surface and epoxy was lightly painted onto the hardpoints on the forward landing gear bulkhead (the piece with the hardpoints). The layup consisted of 2 plies of BID and 1 ply of UND horizontally, peel ply, wax paper and then the layup was covered with a board and weighted down with bricks.
Temperature was 84deg F and humidity at 50%. Micro was applied to the foam surface and epoxy to the hardpoints on the aft gear bulkhead. The layup consisted of 2 plies BID, 2 plies UND horizontally, 8 plies UND (left and right sides) at angles as shown in the plans, peel ply, wax paper and then the layup was covered with a board and weighted down with bricks while it cures.
