The shop temperature was 80 deg F and the humidity was 34%. Jason Piecowye came over to help out with the layup.
We applied dry micro as required to the joints where foam pieces had been epoxy'd together and any low areas in the foam. Micro slurry was then squeegee'd over the entire foam piece.
2 plies of BID @ 45deg was glassed onto the foam followed by 1 ply of UND cloth layed horizontally above the leg cutouts of the instrument panel.
Peel play was added followed by wax paper. Lastly a piece of plywood with weights was added ontop of the layup.
