System THREE 5-minute Epoxy Adhesive Quickcure 5 was used to join the foam pieces together. The shop temperature was 81deg F with 64% humidity.
Not having used the epoxy adhesive before, a test piece was first created as shown below.
The left half F22 bulkhead foam pieces were joined together then the right side pieces.
After waiting an hour or so, then the left and right halves were joined together with the epoxy adhesive.
In all cases, scrap pieces of the same thickness were used to prop up the pieces during application of the epoxy adhesive with a mixing stick and while the epoxy cured.
