Brief Description: Aligning Cowling and adding baffle plates
Continued work on cowling. Got everything lined up and drilled and clecoed upper half to lower half. Then I marked inside cowling so I could cut of excess length. Once both were cut, I reattached cowl to airplane and drilling holes in top forward skin and left and right side skins. Clecoed cowl to top forward skin and sides. Everytning still fit so I removed clecos and installed front baffle plates around the front of the cylinder baffle plates. The front baffle plates are shown below. Tomorrow I hope to get the baffle seal material installed and time permitting I might be able to install the cowl nutplates. Once the nutplates are installed, the cowl will be complete and I will remove it so I can connect all the enginer monitor sensors.
