Brief Description:  Baggage Area

Before I start on engine installation, I want to get the canopy finished. One of the things that was delaying me getting this done was I was trying to decide if I should install baggage area top skin before I install canopy. I decided this would be a good idea and much easier with the canopy off. But I also have not yet installed the flap motor and associated parts and this looked liike I would need to remove the baggage area top skin to have enought access to install flap motor. So today I decided to do sort of both. I split the baggage skin in to two pieces. Now I can install canopy and not have to worry with trying to muscle the baggage area top skin around the rear canopy. By leaving the front half off, I can still get to flap motor and other parts once I get wings on to see where flap rod should be located. I did have to add an additional support in the baggage area where the two pieces come together. Rear baggage area skin was riveted in place and front skin is jus sitting in place for now.
