Finally after waiting over 6 weeks, my Grove gear and wheels/brakes arrived today. Temporarily mounted gear to fuselage. Drilled holes in gear mounting brackets. These brackets are different than the normal brackets and they are much more difficult to drill the two 1/2" mounting holes in due to the gear stop that fits against the back of the gear. Also make some 1/2" stops to be attached to back side of gear and will rest against the mounting brackets to keep gear from moving side to side. Will need to remove gear and drill 4 holes in gear to attach stops.
