Brief Description: Steel Bungee and other gear items
After talkig to Jan from Viking Aircraft and getting comments from other builders, I realized what needed to be done was to put washers under the center rod to get upper spring saddle down low enough to get nuts of side straps.. I will leave it llike this until I can adjust it once the engine is in place. Moved down to lower nose gear bearing and safety wired the four bottom bolts. Took a couple of triies get the proper technique down. Also attached steering rods to rudder pedals and to nose gear attachment points. Had some time left so I sanded and cleaned front of firewall to get it ready for some paint. Hopefully the main gear will arrive soon from Grove so I can working on it. I am anxious to get fuselage on gear and off saw horses.
