Today's ask was to assemble the two elevator horns (upper and lower) onto the elevator. While easy to spell out, the task involved not only the two horns, but an angle bracket, a horn doubler that connects the 2 horns in the front, a "Bent Strip" to connect the 2 horns back by the stabilizer channel, and two "L" brackets to keep it all from shifting left & right. Essentially, everything is riveted to everything else requiring precise measurements and pilot holes. With several re-assemblies and a bit of horn filing, it all fit together. Should be a challenging rivet job when I get to it.
