Removed the original bellcranks and installed the newly modified bellcranks. This required the removal of the aileron cables, balance cables, aileron actuator rod, and pivot point from each wing's bellcrank followed by the installation and reconnection of all those parts to the new bellcrank. While time consuming, the job was straightforward and accomplished entirely flat on my back while laying comfortably on my garage creeper.
The best news is: Both ailerons have full deflection without interference now.
