Brief Description: Prop Spinner 13 - Bending the Filler Plate
I came up with a great way of bending the heavy metal.
My first attempts ended up with the metal getting scored when I used the bender. I found that sliding the heavy metal between some lighter metal ended up scoring the light metal... not the heavy. Also, by cutting the shape of the filler plate AFTER it is bent allowed for it to end up with a consistant curve.
I also put each piece through the bended a bit at a time and slowly worked up on the curve I needed.
