In hind sight, if I had been more careful when I made the initial cuts for the prop, I could have used the fiberglass cutouts for the filler plates. But, I wasn't.
Using the pattern, I cut a number of filler plates. (0.063) Cutting them isn't the problem... bending them to shape is.
