This evening I worked on the radio stack again. Happy that everything is lining up, I decided to install nutplates to allow the trays to be attached (and removed) from the panel.
Although it looks like a pretty straight forward job, I removed and installed the trays a dozen times to get everything correct.
I finished the front nutplates on the right side. I think I have a plan for the left side. (But am going to think on it tonight.)
