Cutting the hole for the radios was tricky. (It would have been easier if I had done it BEFORE riveting things together.) After measuring and remeasuring everything, I used the SoniCrafter to vibrate through the metal. It would have been extremely difficult making the cut near the forward fuselage rib without it. I cut the hole smaller and bent the metal up at the top and down at the bottom to add strength.
I lucked out and ended up with a pretty nice hole!
