My last job for the evening was to check the fit and tweak everything so the avionic stack fits correctly. (Three hands would have made the job easier!) After fitting, adjusting, and tweaking for a few hours, I decided to call it a night BEFORE drilling the holes to permanently mount everything.
I'm still debating how far I want the radios to stick out of the panel. I'm leaning toward about 1/8 of an inch.
