I worked on the spacers for the forward canopy this evening. I have been thinking about the gap on each side of the skin. (Between the skin and the frame.) I have read how a number of other builders solved the problem. Most involve washers or aluminum. I decided to trim some extra of the nylon from the handle block I goofed up on. The little spacers I cut out on the band saw actually fit around the tubing on one side and flat to the skin on the other. (I split the block along the hole in the block for the curve.)
