This entry is actually over about 5 days. I have ordered and re-ordered the 631 channels. I mark the pattern for the holes. Bend the channel flange then try to flute the dang thing so it sits flat.
This is REALLY frustrating. I have spent countless hours googling the issue with little success. I called Vans and was disappointed with the support. (They said to practice on a piece.)
I did learn that you need a better pair of fluting pliers. (Avery has a great set made from a set of vise grips.)
