This afternoon, I spent a few hours putting the canopy frame together and taking it apart. It is starting to fit well. I guess it's time to actually drill some of the parts!
I cut the aileron pushrod to size and primed the inside. (This is replacing the one I goofed up the rivets on earlier.)
Drilled the splice plate to #30 size holes. Rechecked the fit. Also drilled the hinge flanges.
Cormac used a multimeter to check the fuel sender. (32 ohms full - 240 empty) The fuel sender checked out.
