I installed the rudder cable this afternoon. The first problem I ran into was getting the dang urrder cabe through the plastic snap bushings. (They wouldn't go.) I ended up having to remove ALL of the snap bushings I had installed. I don't think they sent the correct ones. Luckily, I had ordered a couple dozen of all the snap bushings Vans sells. I found the ones that fit the hole that the rudder cable would go through. It took me MUCH longer to remove the bushings than installing them:-)
I ran the cable through the bushings then, worked on connecting clamp to the plastic tube at the end of the cable. (Interesting working through the access holes.)
