Brief Description:  Cabin Frame Assembly 2

I test fit the frame after trimming the pieces and it fits perfectly. I started drilling the plate to the frame. I drilled it into the table, but it seems like it is going to be next to impossible to drill the holes for the straps. So, I re-drilled the holes in a 3/4 inch block and clamped the entire assembly up 3/4 of an inch. I should be able to get the drill in place without having to drill a slanted hole or use the corner drill. I clamped the inner strap in place to see how it will fit. It's looking good.

I also fabricated the 732E angles and the 732D angle. I'm going to Google the 732D angle. It says the top should be at an 86 degree angle. (Not much of a bend.) I'd probably just put it in a vice and scrunch it a bit... but I'll see what others have done.
