Last night after I finished in the hangar, I looked carefully at a number of other builder sites. The plans started making sense. This evening I was able to construct most of the flap accuator parts. The last picture shows my plan for aligning the top holes. I clecoed and screwed everything temporarily together and will drill the top holes during my next building session.
