I bent the right side attachment this evening. Then, drilled through it again. SUCCESS! Next come drilling the 1/4 inch hole to secure the wing. Again, I measured, pondered, measured again and then drilled. Things fit great.
The last step is cutting a groove in the attachement so the bolt will slide through the groove if the wing ever hits anything. i used the bandsaw to get close, then filed to the finished size.
