After leveling the fuselage, we checked the wing incidence dozens of places along the wing. Luckily, it was super close. Using an electronic level is the only way to check the angle. When we looked with a level, the bubble was right on all the time, the electronic level is super accurate.
I used a square smetal tube to rest the level on. I also taped a block that rested on the aft spar web. Then, all I needed to worry about was the forward spar location.
