This evening I started going step by step through every item in the plans for the wing assembly. It took about 2 minutes to figure out that having the wings assembled by someone else was one of the smartest moves I've made. My goodness, Van's throws you right into the deep end.
I am numbering each of the steps and cross referencing the step on the plans by writing the number of the plans. They, I'm carefully looking at each part on the assembled wings. (I'll only include key pictures on this site.)
As I look closely at each part, I am amazed at how well these parts are constructed! (And... the riveting is truly professional.)
